BEAUTIFUL '90- y2k summer halter dress. Unfortunately, it is damaged in the form that the red color has bled in places, and could not be removed with careful washing or stain removal. You can dye the dress in a reddish color so that you can hide the discolouration. In addition, it has two very small spots which are also shown in the close-up.
