Since used goods are traded, there is generally no right of return. However, should you have received an item that has damage that was not detected in the web shop and can be proven that the damage came on arrival, a return can be arranged. In other words, it is not possible to arrange a possible return if a few days have passed after the item has been received / picked up.
Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
If a return is agreed upon, the purchase price will be refunded to the account used for payment, within a few days upon receiving the item back.
All items sent back must be sent with delivery.
Refunds are always made by crediting to the account that was used for payment. If otherwise desired, please notify us by email or in writing in the return package.
